Rated 5 out of 5 by Never Fails WASP has always been the best and always will be.My dad use to shoot wasp back in the day in fact his bow is at lest 20 years old and the draw wt. is 65-80.this is the best broad head right there beside Muzzy. December 28, 2008
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not so shure I shot the grim reaper broadheads for one year and shot my first deer and had excellent performance. But I figured I would use fixed blade broadheads. I wouldnt have to worry about blades opening. So I practiced with these broadheads and they flew great. So about the second week in October I shot a small buck at about 10 yards the shot was a little bit high and I didnt get very good penetration( I shoot about 64 lbs) I still thought I wouldnt have trouble finding the deer. After all the shot was in the vitals well I never found any blood and searched for about 2 hrs and didnt find it. Well I figured it was my fault. So a couple of weeks later a doe comes in and is about 12 yards away and straight away. I shot her right between the shoulder blades and she took straight off. I just knew this deer wouldnt go far . Im surprised I didnt spine her but I must have just missed it. But when you shoot a deer right between the shouders and the arrow penetrates up to the fletching you dont expect it to go far. I never found blood or the deer. I looked that night and on a fourwheeler the next morning. So Im not totally sold on them. Im not saying everyone is wrong but they didnt work out for me. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great!! As Always!! Wasp never fails to make a fool-proof broadhead! No worries about opening blades or penetration. Hit a shoulder, hit ribs, hit spine, IT DOESN'T MATTER!! These heads do the trick, go in and rip stuff up, sometimes even come back out, depending on what you hit. Never had a problem with a small blood trail either, like someone spilled a bucket of blood all the way to the dead critter. Fly true, and most times can be shot into multiple deer without the slightest dent in the blades. Tough head you can rely on with utmost confidence. Don't waste your time and money on expandable heads that may or may not open. YOUR CHOICE, IT'S YOUR TROPHY!! (Or not!) June 10, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by Extremely Accurate & Indistructable I've used Wasp Broadheads for years since they developed the replacable blade head. Tried many others and always go back to Wasp. They produce an excellent product w/ the sharpest blades ! I've shot both the Boss Bullet 1 " (100) & Boss 11/8" (100) this year and acheive excellent accuracy and penetration !! The Bullet however groups better @ longer distances, example; 45-50 yds. and beyond especially @ speeds over 300 fps !! Otherwise @ 35 yds & under they're very close. QUESTION: Has anyone ever shot the 4 blade Boss (100) or the Sharp Shooter?? I'm looking for some feedback..... December 23, 2007

If it hits the animal in the vital area(s) that your supposed to hit, I can say that with its cutting and penetration power it could take down a variety of animals from small does to bull moose (at least).

I've never elk hunted before, but will be going in 2yrs, and thats all I will be using. They penatrate better than anything out there and I know for a fact they are accurate out to 80 Yards.

Shoot 125grain three blade muzzys. Elk have thick bones and nothing crushes through a bone better than a muzzy!
