Wasp Z-force broadheads While the broadheads did their job in taking a record book buck and a doe on a recent hunt, I would not recommend them as regular gear for my hunts in the future. On both animals the recovered arrows had shed two of the three blades at some point. Additionally, I had some trouble with blades deploying in the quiver during transport. They were easy to install and reset the blades as needed. I've had great success with Wasp products in the past, but am still looking for the perfect broadhead to use on small diameter carbon arrows. DID THE JOB AND THEN SOME Really impressed with these broadheads. Stacked up a couple of does in the early season with them, but they saved my rear during the rut. Had a nice 8 i was targeting step 35 yards downwind of me. I mucked the shot...bad...but this broadhead went through the ribcage, and through the leg bone, hitting a femoral artery. Deer crashed 40 yards away and I watched him take his last breath 3 minutes after the shot. Couldve been bad, but this thing did some wicked internal damage and passed through. March 5, 2013
Once and done! 2 heart through shots and lost 3 of 6 blades. They give replacements but not the little ball bearing to keep them in place? They did however kill the deer nicely and flew the same as my field points. No response from Wasp at all. December 17, 2013
Pretty dang slick Stacked up a few deer with these, and it's hard to decide whether or not to use these or the Jak-Hammers this season. Fly like field tips and big cutting diameter. August 10, 2013
