If bigger baits catch bigger fish, then two baits catch twice as many fish, so double down with War Eagle's Front Runner. Tie a tight-wobbling Front Runner with lifelike features, quality components and a dressed treble in front of your favorite top water lure, crankbait or jigging spoon to cover more water, attract more fish and increase your catch rate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hide this in your tackle box There are times you need a change up. Times you need to put a fishing buddy in thier place. This little beauty is for those times. Rigged in front of a walking plug you could well end up with two fish at a time. I recommend at least 14lb mono since you are likely to have fish going two directions at the same time. Great fun to use and a presentation fish have not seen too often. August 15, 2009
Rated 4 out of 5 by Front Runner Nice little teaser to tie on in front of any lure. It looks like your lure is chasing another fish & helps as another attractant. I've had a double hookup using the Front Runner. I had a bass on my main lure, a BPS popper & had a big bluegill on the front runner...very cool. I didn't think the Front Runner would work, but it does, quite suprprised. It's a bit pricey though. March 18, 2008
