Great hearing aid
I have been using Walker game ears for over 20 years, beginning with the headsets. I have hearing aids, but they don't have noise suppression, so I use the behind the ear model now with a custom molded ear plug. Being able to hear in the woods and not have to worry about the damage to my hearing gives me great peace of mind so I can concentrate on the shot and not the noise.

Walker Game Ear II HD Pro
I just started using one last week. Like all new things that augment your senses, it takes some getting used to. In my case, its knowing the direction the sound really is from me! I need to play with the frequency filter to tune that, too. I hope to use it as much as a hearing aid in normal life as an aid to hunting. Assuming I can get accustomed to this device and tune it for my ear, I'll rewrite this review, and may consider buying a second one-for the other ear!

Best Purchase Ever
I have now bought three Walker Game ears. I have used a $3000 dollar pair of hearing aids for the last 3 years. I have had to have them fixed or replaced every 6 months during this time. I have used two Walker game ears, only for the last year. One quit afer a year, and I have now replaced it with another $200 game ear. I am hearing inpaired and the game ear works for me. The only down side is that it's more visbile, and I don't have a doctor adjusting it to my needs.
The Walker game ear is more durable and gives me great service for the $$$$$$$.
