Rated 1 out of 5Â by Fishinjewell Junk- believe the reviews!
This product really is junk. I bought two models because I didn't want to believe the reviews! First - emailed the company to see if they addressed the headband issue... No response!
So, bought them anyway... using my power muff quad and my son using his alpha on opening day of gun. Within 2 hours of use, his right ear just started getting static and the amplification would drop out. I could actually hear the static sitting next to him. Within three hours of use my power muff did the exact same thing on the same side. Different models that had the same issue.
Both units also have a lot of white noise. These are junk and the company must not be interested in addressing issues... All they have to do is read reviews from any reseller! Spend the money and go with a better company such as pro ears(which is also made in America)

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Baxtercat Great bt muff breckets bad
I have khearing damage and my doctor recommended ear-muffs. These are awesome but, as previous comments stated, poorly made. I was extra cautious with them and very pleased at how well i could hear with them. I didn't know how bad my hearing eas. I noticed last nite that the bracket holding the left muff was broken? I tried to fix with super glue and duc tape.

On my way to the stand the first morning I wore the new Walker Game Ear muffs, I have long awaited them. There was a nice deer and I hadn't even gotten across the field. Knelt down and fired, the muffs worked perfectly, protecting my hearing. A week later, in my house, I picked them up and causually was putting them on, the plastic band across my head broke. I saw a review where someone else had that experience. Nice hearing proctection and enhancement, cheap frame.

I'am 53 and i have hearing damage from many years of hunting without protection. So i thought this would be the perfect solution for my problem.well the first time i used them i shot a 11 point buc and work well they cut out the noise when i fired the gun and gave the me the ability to hear much better.BUT when i went to use them for the second time, they broke right in the middle completly into.I was very disipointed because my hunting season is over due to the fact that i cannot fire a gun without some sort of protection.i am waiting for them to replace them.

These sound like good muffs but, I just would like to know if they fixed the problem with the cheap headband so its not breaking after the second use.Answers

I have had the batteries last the entire season. However, I have found it easy to accidentally turn on either one of the muffs ending up with one dead muff.Top 250 Contributor

I can't tell you in exact hours, but, I use mine a lot. I always use them at the range and quite often when hunting. I've had the same batteries for a year. I always remove them when not in use.1 of 1
