Vortex Viper PST Rifle Scope
No better bang for the buck!!!
I've shot this scope along side other scopes that cost two to three times as much, and I can confidently say that this is the best featured, quality, and durable scope I've ever used. I have this scope on my 6xc and have no problem with precision, clarity, durability, and consistency. It continually returns to zero, has very positive-feeling turret adjustments, crystal-clear glass, reliably accurate FFP reticle, and a solid 30mm main tube that I could previously only expect out of an optic twice the cost of this. Vortex has nailed it on the head with this line of PST optics, and it's been an easy desicion adding three PST scopes to my collection.

Features galore, superb glass clarity.
Received my PST yesterday and mounted it. Haven't had a chance to zero it yet but the scope is solid. The view stays crisp and eye relief is generous through the entire adjustment range. There is the slightest bit of edge distortion but you have to look for it, doesn't disrupt the view through the scope. Turrets track true, adjustments are easily felt with a solid click. Power adjustment is tight enough that you won't accidentally alter it. Finish is great, glass quality is top notch for this price range. The Illumination is done very well, no blooming or reticle blowout even at the highest setting. All in all I rate it a 5/5 on first impression.

Great scope and a great company!!
Back in September I ordered a 6-24x50 PST ERB-1 MRAD; the EBR-2C was backordered. The service was great and shipping was fast. I am pleased with all aspects of the scope. The mechanical zero was so close that I zeroed in 3 shots and only required .3 mils of elevation and .2 mils of windage. The pictured group was fired on my second range day while it was pouring rain and a light breeze at 100 yards. The scope was cryastal clear in thses condition, even at 24x. It is mounted on my PWS Mk216 7.62 with a Vortex 30mm cantilever mount, shooting 168 gr HPBT Remington Match ammo. This is a great product and company.

I've purchased 2 of these optics for my use. I also have several other models of the Vortex line: HS, Crossfire, Strikefire and Razor. Zeroing took very little effort, and teaching someone else to "go long" with shooting is almost too easy. The zerostop was easy to set up, and once set it works with no further argument. I've had many compliments on the accuracy I've achieved with the use of these optics and have recommended these to many people who thought the cost was beyond their means. I work in a store which sells tactical equipment and find Vortex optics to be one of the best "Bang for the buck" items we carry.
