Rated 5 out of 5 by Very compact We just got done field testing this range finder. And wow did it blow us out of the water. I would recommend this range finder to any one out. I will for sure be recommending this product to my client tell this coming hunting season. I was so amazed on how it performed out in the field. Ya it says that it is a 1000 yard range finder, but to be honest it will go out farther past that mark. We were constantly hitting the 1300 yard mark in mild light conditions out in the sage brush region. That is very impressive to me. For the price you just cant beat this optic. One heck of a success that Vortex has come up with. looking forward to their next line up of range finders. June 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A nice piece! I spent some time reading reviews and filtering through bow/rifle features of different range finders. I wanted quality performance without having to be scared of taking it out of the case. My search narrowed to a small handful of top named brands. In the end, I couldn't resist Vortex's stance on warranty for their products. That goes a long way in my book. That being said, it really is a nice product that is clear, compact, and easy to use. Vortex measured twice and cut once with this one. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by consistent. easy. wonderful what more can you ask. its accurate right on the money every time ranged out to 1024 on reflective material and around 600 on non reflective like coyotes. I have compared with leupold and ziess in my opinion its just as nice if not nicer and much better priced I hate paying for name I want good optics, easy and reliable which vortex is yet another great optic from these guys will keep buying their products and you should as well you will not regret it! Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply the best I've been using my Ranger 1000 for about two years now. It's been great and I've had no problems what so ever. The longest that I've ever ranged was 810 yds. The numbers are spit out quickly compared to other range finders that I've had in the past. Very rugged and durable and with the vortex garranty its a no brainer. May 30, 2014
