Can't beat it All my optics are vortex. From my binoculars to my spoting scope to my rangefinder. The reason is is they just can't be beat. Best clarity for the best price and a warranty that can't be beat. January 20, 2015
Best scope for the Money I did a lot of research before I purchased this scope. After several months of looking through every scope in the same price range I chose the diamondback 20x60x80. I am glad I did the scope has been excellent. I have used the heck out of it and it has not disappointed. I know for a fact the hd scopes are a little better but anything not hd the diamondback is where it's at. November 25, 2014
Solid Entry-Level Glass Matched with the ultralight Vortex tripod, the Dimondback 20-60x60 spotter is a great backpack combination. I have used these on caribou hunts in Alaska to elk hunts in Montana and Colorado. The scope does lose its clarity much past 30 or 40 power, so I don't use it much at max magnification. But for the price, the weight, and durability, you can't go wrong. November 27, 2014
Just what I needed! I am not rich, and couldn't spend tons of money on the higher end models Vortex makes.  But seriously to my surprise this Diamondback Spotting Scope has been the best purchase I have ever made.  I have friends with 1-2 thousand dollar spotting scopes (other brands of course) and they can't tell a difference between theirs and mine.  That tells you that Vortex pours so much quality across all their product lines to tailor their products to all consumers.  I am one happy customer and am a liftime customer for sure.  Thanks Vortex! A:
The larger objective lens allows the scope to gather more light. This translates into better images in low light. Thank you for your question.
