Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product I bought these about three weeks ago. I was very impressed when comparing to other leading brands. Better quality than their competitors with a much better warranty. June 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good binoculars Used these for a little over 6 months now and I'm very pleased. From looking at deer to looking at targets, or glassing fields for coyotes and groundhogs, these have been exactly what I needed. Clear images and the pick up light well. Focus nice and they're not to heavy to wear around your neck for extended times. Very pleased with these as I am other vortex products. May 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good glass and super clear I've been using these bino's for about three years now. Awesome set for hunting. I love the finger grips and the rugged exterior. Good clear glass and excellent in early morning or late afternoon hunting in low light conditions. May 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Value This was my first binocular purchase. I went with vortex on the recommendation of my Brother-in-Law who had just bought a pair of Viper Binos. The glass in his are much better than my DBs, but it should be. I've used mine for stargazing, sports, nature, and spotting for shooters. They work superbly in each activity. They are built like a tank, but not so heavy as to be a bother to haul around. If you can afford it I'd jump up to the Viper line, but if not you will not be disappointed with the DBs. May 30, 2014

A:
It does come with dust covers (rubber flexible type, not plastic) for both ends. I never used them though. I highly recommend a bino harness like the S4 Gear X-Lock. It protects the lens and the body from the elements and scratches. It also stay put against your chest when crawling.

A:
No dust caps, you don't need them. The cloth cover acts as a lens protector for both ends of your binoculars.
