These boots are very cool looking and comfortable, but don't buy them for hunts where scent and stealth are needed (all).
I originally bought these boots for warm season hunting and an upcoming turkey hunt in the sand-hills region of Nebraska (lot's of up & down hill walking). The boots seemed durable and seemed to breath well, BUT:
Every rating I'd read said these boots had a VERY strong new shoe, chemical smell, so I set them under our covered porch for 3 weeks - no difference!
Additionally the boots had an pronounced 'squeak' from the right boot, every step I took. I tried tightening and loosing the laces, but nothing helped. I wore the boots about 15 miles prior to the hunt, and hunted for 3 days straight and it only got worse.
I loved the looks of these boots. However, it doesn't make any sense to produce a HUNTING boot that stinks badly and squeaks on every step. To their credit, my Bass Pro store took them back for a refund.

Have been wearing these boots now for a solid 2 weeks and not only are they comfy but also great in repelling water. Easy to throw on after being broken in some. Only thing I'd change would be choosing the wider boots because they are pretty tight at first. Kudos Under Armour
