Best socks I have ever worn. Comfy and provide tons of breathability as well as chafe proof protection while wearing those snake boots. These socks are built to last. Buy a pair or three, because you will not be disappointed in any way. Under Armour makes all the best athletic gear and great prices.

I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THESE TO USE AS AN UNDERLAYER FOR MY THICK SOCKS. I DECIDED TO WEAR THEM WITH MY SNAKE BOOTS IN AUGUST BOW SEASON IN SC. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AS A STAND ALONE. MESH ON TOP OF THE TOE AREA HELPS KEEP FEET COOL.

I purchased these for use as a short distance hiking sock.
These stay right where you put them, they do not sag at all but without being too tight or binding at the calf. I wore them on a 6 mile hike to see how they worked and they never budged. Nice.
They have low-loft cushioning which was fine for a short hike but I would not take these on anything much beyond 10 miles, personally.
Temperature and moisture control was good in dry and snow.
The fit runs long/tall. I wear a size 13 shoe and ordered the XL sock. It stops closer to my knee than my calf, but this is not an issue since they are not constricting.
Overall, very nice quality sock. Add a little higher loft cushion and it would get 5 stars.

Nicely constructed socks, good length for wearing under boots as they reach nearly to the knee.

No. These socks are made for warm weather. They wick away moisture to keep your feet dry. Try UA socks called "Cold Gear"A:Â

These are Heat Gear socks, so if you are looking for something to keep your feet warm I would lean towards Cold Gear socks. These will help keep your feet dry by wicking away moisture, but you would need an insulating layer above these.A:Â
