this was on my husbands christmas wish list. I purchased it for him. It came within a resonable time frame after I ordered it so it would be under the tree for Christmas. He just got a chance to use it for hunting tis year and he loves it. He recommends it for any one needing some extra head and face protection from the wind and cold weather.

This works great with the face mask up. I also like that it's longer and goes basically to your shoulders so when wearing a jacket there is no gaps exposed. However, when trying to use this with the face mask down, I felt it was choking me a little. There is a draw cord on the back that you can loosen/tighten the face mask but even with it backed off all the way loose I don't like how it feels. I would suggest trying this on in store to make sure it isn't too tight for you especially for the price.

I've bought two of these now, and use them almost exclusively for waterfowl hunting. They are warm, lightweight, and keep the water at bay reasonably well. I even slept in one during opener...they are very comfortable. I would typically be inclined to invest in Drake or Avery, but am happy with this purchase. It's a nice balance; where the others were too light or made for a blizzard. With my hood up on my wader jacket, this face mask is unstoppable. I've purchased one as a gift as well. Very happy with the product.
