These socks are extremely comfortable with plenty of padding in all the right places. They're also very warm for how light they are. This wouldn't be a great sock for extreme cold, but it says so in the title: "Outdoor Lite Boot Socks". The socks breathe very well, as you'd expect from anything made by Under Armour.
I originally bought them to use while hiking but I've since ordered a few more pairs and I've taken to just wearing them around the house instead of my old slippers when my feet get cold. They're holding up extremely well under fairly heavy use. I'm very pleased and would definitely buy even more if my wife would let me.
One word of caution... The tops of the socks don't stretch very much, so if you have large calves like me you should order the largest size you think you'll be able to wear without it bunching at your toes and you should be fine. The material did relax enough to be comfortable after a while and the tightness actually just helps keep the sock up my calf. I don't count it as a negative at all, but I thought I should mention in case someone else would care more.
