2.0 is the temperture rating, There's 3.0 and 4.0 as well. 3.0 is good to 0 degrees F., 4.0 is good to 25 below.

The difference between these two styles is that the Evo is the new evolution of UNDER ARMOUR® ColdGear manufactured for runners and highly active people. The seams have flatlock stitches to reduce irritation and raglan sleeves for ease of movement. Otherwise, they are made of the same material, so it is just the design that has changed.Thanks!
