Uncle Josh® Pork Baits - Jumbo Frog
Smooth and fluid movements, and the natural flesh closely resembles forage fish. Each bait is prepunched for easy rigging. Proven pork scent with vibrant colors creates the ideal trailer for spinnerbaits and jigs.

I am fishing in Bangkok, Thailand for Giant Snakeheads and Asian Red Tail Catfish, both great fighters. I was using rubber baits and instead open an unopened 25 year old bottle of the Uncle Josh green pattern and put one on. These fish went crazy for them and caught or had a hit on the first or second cast every time. Snake heads are aggressive and tear rubber baits up quickly. They don't do much to these pork rinds. I am having more shipped over. Next I will try them on Arripimas up to 10 ft.

The Uncle josh pork frog is a good bait year round people do not like them because they dry out if you dont keep them wet but I can use one all day and the claws wont fall off like the plastic ones .

With all the new techniques and baits on the market there is still nothing more reliable and easy to utilize than the Uncle Josh Pork Baits and jigs.

Many people use plastic trailers because they are inexpensive. I have used pork frogs for many years and they are superior to plastic especially in cold water situations. They come in many colors but all you need is black, black and blue (my favorite), brown and green pumpkin. Match the jig skirt to the color of the frog and flip and pitch to bass holding structure. Sizes Jumbo and Big Daddy produce the biggest bass. Fish with a G. Loomis Flippin Stick on mono (Gama), flouro (Gama) or braid (Daiwa Samurai) in 17# or more and you will catch the bass of your lifetime!
