I have caught plenty of crappie and bream on these since my purchase. They seem to work as well as anything else that I have tried on my Alabama lakes.

Great little baits. Nothing better to catch bream and crappie. Ordering more now.

Bad weather threatened to ruin my scheduled fishing trip. 40 degrees, NW wind 15-25, mostly cloudy with chance of rain. I hoped to seine some minnows and get some early season perch, but the were no minnows to be found along the shoreline. I have never had a lot of luck catching perch using artificial lures, and sure the conditions had the fish in a negative holding pattern, I hoped just to find them and be able to catch a few.
I anchored on top of a drop off on the NW side of the main lake body and tied on 1/32 oz gold Panfish Creature. 7' light spinning rod with 4# Extreme mono, cast, count down and slow retrieve to keep the lure near the bottom. Caught my first perch on the first cast. About three hours later, I left with 22 perch and 3 bluegill. Never changed my lure, adjusted the body of the bait twice after getting into the weeds, but the lure still looks like it did when I first tied it on. Durable. Great value for the purchase price, Uncle Buck's Panfish Critter has earned a place in my tackle box and I am looking forward to trying the different sizes and colors on crappie and bluegill later this year.

I was amazed by how often I use these lures. Whether jigging for crappie, or fishing them through cover for bass, these are great little buys. Lately, I've been attaching them to spinners and using them like a Beetle spinner. A great purchase time and time again.
