I used to always make a beer batter until I tried this. By far my favorite way to prepare fried perch, crappie and bluegill. Just dip the fish in beaten egg then roll in batter mix.

I fish both salt and fresh water regularly and this mix works wonders on seatrout, mangrove snappers and of course bass and catfish... Also very tasty on wild turkey

It`s the best fish coating I`ve ever used. I take it to Canada with me every summer. I even use it on pork, chicken and beef.

When using the Light ‘n Krispy Fish Batter Mix you can either make a liquid batter or dry batter. Most of the times, when I use this product for fish I will add liquid to make a wet batter. It sticks to the fish better. Thanks1 of 1
