This stuff is great. We've only had a deep fryer for a few months and have tried to get some decent fried chicken out of it. Just couldn't get it right. Uncle Buck's make's it so easy and soooo good. Takes like 2 seconds. Can't wait to try the others (Fish Fry, ect.). Thanks Bass Pro Shops for showing us the easy way.

I bought some of this just to try it out. we normally make our own.
I only gave this 4 stars due to the taste. it wasnt bad just didnt really appeal to me. BUT, my tastes are different than anothers, so dont second guess this product till you try it.....it is quite good.
the texture of the fried chicken is awesome!!! it left the outside extra crispy!!!
