I used this product the first time on my chicken-fried steak. Great! The next night I used it as part of the flour in my cream gravy. Great! My hubby loved both of them. Gives the gravy a nice "kick". I plan to use it next to cook some chicken in the oven.

I bought a couple of these a couple of years ago.
It goes a long way. We really liked it and used it in the oven.
I reordered, and let me tell you this batch is hot.
We are not wimps by any means and like our stuff on the fiery side. Maybe it's because we use it dry and bake in the oven instead of deep frying, but the last bunch wasn't this hot.
I'll still use it and recommend it but with a caveat.
