Uncle Buck's Panfish Creatures are made to put the fish back in fishing. These lifelike lures are copies of the insects and creatures in nature that are natural food for all panfish. Tie one on and start catching fish today!
An original member of Uncle Buck's Panfish Creature bait club, the Beetle with Spinner is an outstanding choice when the bite goes slow. Effective in rivers for smallies and in lakes for panfish, bass and even the occasional walleye is enticed by the lifelike action the Beetle creature creates. Each package contains 1 rigged spinner and 2 plain beetles.

Seems to work well for bass and panfish. A good alternative when fish are feeding deeper.

The old adage, bigger bait catches bigger fish is probably true here. I have caught big fish on small baits and small fish on big baits, especially in certain circumstances but overall, the bigger baits will entice bigger fish, especially if you can present it in a way the lazy big boys don't have to work hard to get it. When they are hungry and aggressive, anything works, but otherwise, it is technique first, lure second.
