WOW!! This is an excellent batter mix for anyone who likes to put some zing into their fish fry. I purchased this mix because I do like to try new things and I thought "why not". I used this mix on bluegill and it fried up very well. It has a hot peppery flavor which I really liked. The batter is light/crispy not heavy. I'm glad I decided to try this. It is on my "best tasting" batter list.
