Rated 5 out of 5 yum yum yum bought this for the first time last summer. my husband is a big fisherman, and usually i dont like to eat his catch. however, after using this fish fry coating, I LOVE FISH. any kind of fish, we did catfish, blue gill, bass, ALL DELICIOUS! Rated 5 out of 5 by best batter! Everytime I visit bass pro I have to pick up several cans of this batter. It has a great mix of spices with great flavor. One of the best things is that it is a lighter batter where you get the flavor and crispiness but it doesn't drown out the actual fish that you are cooking. Cant go wrong with this mix. July 17, 2011
