Rated 5 out of 5 by Dreamjeanie AWESOME BATTER MIX!!!
We like it hot and Uncle Buck's definitely fills the bill! It is great for fish, but is just as great for Chicken!!
I cut chicken breast halves into 1-1/2 inch wide strips; dip only in milk before coating with batter and pan fry ~ the results are magnifico!!! Nothing else compares!!!

The hot and spicy fish batter was excellent, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

i have been using uncle bucks hot and spicy for 7 or 8 years and would not cook fish without it. i mix approximately 1/2 mix and 1/2 cornmeal. no additional seasoning is required because the uncle bucks has it all.
