the cornbread mix just like all of the Uncle Bucks mixes and batters is excellent especially when matched with fish or chicken using the batters, theres a reason i always have at least 2 containers of every uncle bucks batters and mixes at my house

I have been looking for a good mix that is not to gritty. This is a great simple mix. Even the kids love it!!

Uncle Buck's Cornbread Mix is very simple to make and tastes great. The only thing that I would keep in mind is the serving size. The small serving says it feeds 3-4 I think. Between my boyfriend and I we usually eat the whole pan ourselves in one sitting.
Also these make great gifts. I have made a basket with a couple different Uncle Buck's products and given them at Christmas time!
