I bought this, paired it with the bass pro tiny light spinning reel and i wouldn't trade it for anything more or less exspensive, caught plenty of bluegill and bass on it, has good backbone without sacrificing flexability- great buy

Rated 4 out of 5Â by WhiteEagle great product
I purchased two of the 6'6" rods. very well made. the sensitivity is better than I thought it would be. I am going to buy two longer ones also. the only thing I don't like is they don't have a hook keeper on them. if they did it would be a 5 star product.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by BassMaster2008 Great With Zebco Bill Dance Crappie Reel
This rod is great with the Zebco Bill Dance Crappie Reel, with the 10lb Camo Test line. The 4'6" model is great for casting under trees or heavy structure. Throw two 1/16 oz. lead sinkers, a Bass Pro Shops Balsa Pencil Bobber, and a cricket on a #3/0 Eagle claw hook.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by swindaddy Great rod for panfish
I picked up one of these fo one of my bous to use on his Zebco ultra light reel I like the action these rods have. While not the mst sensitive, they are a descent rod fo a fair price and make a good spare rod for the neighbor kid that doesn't have an ultra light withou having to go out and spend a lot of money.

I don't think so. This pole is made to be used with a hook, line, and cork...like cane pole fishing.Q:Â
