.....the problem being, "adhering to USCG regulations about carrying PFDs for all passengers". Their cheap too. Other than that I have no idea whether these will prevent drowning or not. If you weigh 500 lbs. you may be out of luck.

This life vest is economical for infantable boats anyone can wear it instead of getting one zip up full vest.
