This choke is brutal...not worth a cent. The full choke that comes with the al391 Urika patterns well at 40 yds, this choke after 10 attempts was still useless.

Don't buy this product for a Benelli SBE 12 gauge. The sights won't fit. Bass pro shops doesn't explain this well on the website. The choke tube will fit a 12 gauge Benelli, but the sights fit a 20 gauge Benelli. Why would these 2 items come in the same package? Not sure who to be mad at, Bass Pro Shops or Tru Glo.

The choke was placed on a Charles Daley and worked just fine for a light weight tuckey gun. It has an excellant pattern out to about 40 yards. I really enjoy the sights that came with the choke. They make the gun much easier to pick up the target.

This choke tube has been quite a bit of a letdown for me. I have tried it in two different Remington 870 barrels (28" and 21") using both 3" Remington and Winchester turkey ammo in different sizes of shot, and even a 2 3/4" load. At 30 yards the pattern just doesn't hold as well as it should, leaving open "pockets" and disappointing results At 40 yards it really becomes a hit-or-miss proposition. I now have a JellyHead on order to see how it does since this Tru-Glo is not producing the 40+ yard performance everyone else is raving about.
As for the fiber optic sights, they are pretty decent, especially since you're basically getting them for free with purchase of the choke. This is the reason I'm giving this review 3 stars instead of 2. I no longer need them myself since I have since upgraded to another barrel with adjustable fiber optic sights and gave these to my son much to his delight.

Has anyone ever noticed if the porting effects the wad at all? I am just afraid that the porting may stop the wad before it exits the muzzle. I have never heard about that happening before, but it is just a concern of mine. I could care less about reduction in recoil; turkey loads punch anyways. I would just like to try it out to see if it patterns better than my non-ported accu-choke or my dad's Undertaker choke. Any input would be appreciated.

On the package itself, it will list what style choke it is, if you know what style the Weatherby uses, match it up with the same on the choke you are purchasing. I believe Weatherby uses the Invector style tubesAnswers
