its a fine live well net, but i wish the handle was 12" pretty well made though.

This is a handy item for retrieving my fish from the livewell at weigh-in. I think it's easier on the fish also. In a pinch it can be used with live bait (minnows) because of the small weave.

The hoop is 8" wide, but only around a good 9-9 1/2" of usuable length. I have it in my kayak for bass fishing and it works ok. I know its a trout net but it still does the same purpose. Has and elastic band at the end of the handle that comes in good use at times. VERY stretchy.Not sure it the net will break off the hoop yet. So far so good.

Works great for getting fish out of the livewell. Fits into live well easily to catch even the quickest swimmer of the day. No more draining the livewell to catch all the fish.
