I bought this rest and thought it was an awesome idea. in fact, it is an awesome idea and may work awesome for some people. but for me, this rest was not fast enough to move out of the way and it was grabbing my fletchings and actually broke two arrows as they exited my bow. this rest was set up by a bow shop and i ended up tunning it to fit better. was hit or miss whether it would not open fast enough. when it worked it was awesome! long story short with less than 100 arrows through this rest is broke two of my arrows and then broke itself. the arm snapped in half! made of cheap plastic. was dissappointed that trophy ridge made this so cheaply. like i said, genius idea and if they fix the kinks ill buy one again.

I PURCHASED THIS REST AT MY LOCAL BASS PRO. THEY SET IT UP ON THE BOW. AFTER TAKING IT HOME AND SHOOTING IT IT WAS RIPPING MY FLETCHING. WILL BE RETURNING THIS PRODUCT FOR A APACHE.

First off, i've read alot of reviews from several different sites. I use to shoot a Whisker Buicuit & I loved it! But after having it for 2-3 years i thought i'd upgrade. I love the full capture of this rest and the fact that its a drop away. I bought this at the local archery shop and it took a little grinding "customizing" to get it to fit on my bow, a Hoyt Magna Tec. The riser was getting in the way of the "flip". after a small amount of material which was shaved off it was a perfect fit. After 15mins of insallation, it took another 45 -60 mins to tune this rest. we had to install a nock on the string to keep enough down pressure to get the rest to "flip" open after i released the arrow. So make certain you have time to tune this product. Overall, i love this rest, i was able to shoot 2 arrows right ontop of each other. no Robin Hood but the next best thing. I gained 5fps as well Very good product, I plan on shooting this rest for years to come.

Awesome performance, cheap price. Better than rests that cost 3X the price.
For the person who reviewed this rest with 1 star and said the rest was ripping off his blazers...he clearly installed it himself and did not have it installed correctly with the pull cord at the right length or tied to the proper place. When installed correctly, you can shoot ANY arrow or fletching type with no clearance problems.

It comes set for center shot on most bows. You just need to put it on, make sure it is straight. Get it as close to the arrow shelf as it can go. My bow, it was all the way forward. It says you need a press to serve it into the bus cable. But you can get away with serving it on it. Just make sure it is tight enough. Or you can use the clip type. I served mine on the bus cable. works fine. I had to make a slight side adjustment but that was all! Shoots great!
this is the ONLY thing I do not like about this rest. It should have been done with a Thumb Flipper. However it does not affect your shot. You can turn easy enough with out one. Once it is flipped you locked in. It is a little tighter on the arrow then a QAD. More like a W/B. Other then that issue, it is a GREAT rest! I shoot a Bowtech Invasion!
You have to turn it by hand. You can use your thumb and never have to release the grip on the bow handle and still keep the release on the string. Once you shoot the release rotates 90 degrees to provide clearance. Great product.
it is in vertical position until you draw it it sets into the full containment horizontal position. or you can knock your arrow and then turn it by hand for full containment until u let it rip...genius idea...just a bad rest...read my review
mine was on a reflex shooting about 312fps and it was not fast enough to clear every time. ended up breaking some arrows and then the arm broke on the rest fairly quickly. i suggest trying one and if it doesnt work return it.
