Compared to other sights th TR micro v5 is much brighter also like the fact that i can see more of my target.

Worst site as far as construction that I have ever owned. I bought it and later read a review where another persons had cracked and the same thing happened to mine. This happened on the first time I used it. I love vertical pins but this site is the worst ever by trophy ridge. This is surprising as most of the time their products are top notch. Do not buy this one or the micro 3 either.

Purchased two of these sights. Returned both. Both have problems with getting the glow ring sight to stick. Why not make a permanent plastic glow ring? Humidity and heat causes adhesive to fail. Cheap. No true 3rd axis adjustment to level bubble. At full draw sight picture is canted so the sight posts are visible from the side. Adjustment screw turns entire sight to the left to correct but leaves threads visible so ring is not flush mounted against base. Inherent weakness if dropped., Contacted Trophy Ridge and said they understood the problem. Positives: microadjust is easy and adjustable light works. pins are bright as advertised.

On the trophy ride sight, the micro alpha V5 is shown with a dovetail style mount, and that's what most of the other sites sell.However, the one pictured on the BPS sight has a normal mount.
If I order from BPS, will I get the style pictured, or will I get a dovetail style?

i just bought a sight with micro adjust. it makes it so you can move the sight up, down, left or right, by turning a knob on the sight it moves whatever direction you need to very slowly (miro adjust) to get you right on target easily

micro adjustment allows you to make mi-nute adjustments to the sight meaning 1/2 adjustments and also left and right adjustments. maybe it's windy or your form has changed just slightly the micro adjustment allows you to make small movements without having to take the bolts out of the sight and then making adjustments. the difference is one with it allows you to fine tune your accuracy easier without needing toolsAnswers
