I first purchased this sight for my new bow because I love the original vertical sight on my old bow , they have improved things since then . Now as I found my sight ring going high for my first pin , I just remounted it with the multiple holes to get my 20 in with D.C. height adjustment left with out touching a pin yet . Pins self lock to their setting and have grid lines to let you look at the base and watch the change compared to watching the tip .

For those of us who grew up on rifles with iron sights, this sight should make taking up a bow a bit less painful. It offers a clear sighting plane with high visibility in low light and is just simple to use. Having learned bow shooting with horizontal sights, I absolutely love the vertical sights on the Alpha V. It's not the most expensive sight out there but not cheap either. Well worth the money and I've been nothing but pleased with it.

This a very nice and easy to use sight and you can also get a light for it for the low light hunting hours. For the price of $120.00 i was back and forth on buying this sight but i gave in and now i love it...
