I had ordered 2 of these, one for my self and one for my cousin. Both were replaced at the same time 2 months ago. The first weekend of use the rope pulled through the rubber handle. I replaced it with my old plastic trolling motor handle and continued to use it. His trolling motor rope snapped last weekend, mine snapped this weekend after just 2 months of use. The rope is too springy and can not take the shock of a trolling motor! Don’t waste your money or time with this product!

this replacement rope lasted exactly 2 weeks before it broke. the handle is a soft plastic which wasnt very stout to start so I replaced it with my old rigid handle. The emergency replacement nylon stringer has lasted longer than this cheap nylon rope
