I was fishing in Lake Wenatchee and had to run up to the gas station, so I docked and locked the boat with the VMax6 Lock and Cable. When I got back to the dock I saw a park ranger and a mutual friend Tony talking, they had some punk kid handcuffed. Tony saw the kid hanging around my boat so he called it in. The kid couldn't get away because he didn't notice the lock! Thank you Trimax.

First time I put this cable on my trailer, I forgot it was there, and when I tried to backup a few feet... the cable snapped as if it weren't even there. I intended to prevent others from driving away with my boat, but my stupidity broke the lock.
If I was able to accidently break it....crooks wouldn't have a problem!
