With the ability to expand from 1 to 3 dogs in the field and multiple stimulation options, the Tri-Tronics® G3&153; Sport Series are versatile, effective training systems for one or more dogs. Fully functional for all dogs, the Sport Series systems each come with an ergonomic transmitter that can link in the field with additional receivers to give you a 2- or 3-dog system. With multiple stimulation options and a 1/2 mile range, each of these three systems give you the tools you need to improve and reiforce communication between you and your dog or dogs for more effective training! With three different systems to best match your training style and situation, the Sport Series delivers the versatility and performance you want when training your best hunting partner.

With the ability to expand in the field, the choice of 20 stimulation settings, and a 1/2 mile range, the Sport Combo G3&153; from Tri-Tronics® is a great tool for training your next hunting dog or dogs. This easy to use system offers up to 20 levels of continuous or momentary stimulation in three seperate modes and a stimulation-free audio tone to help you discourage or reinforce behavior. Receiver adjusts on the collar strap to stay correctly positioned on any size dog and features interchangeable long or short, insulated stainless steel contact points for consistent and reliable stimulation through all types of coats. Durable transmitter and receivers are waterproof and tough enough to take all the abuse you and your dog can dish out in the field. The Sport Combo G3's transmitters features three separate, easy to read dials for selecting a dog, stimulation mode, and intensity setting with one hand, so you can keep your eyes on your dog. Transmitters also feature a no-stimulation "N" position to help you ensure against accidental stimulation during training. The Sport Combo G3 also comes with a basic training DVD and owner's guide, and is backed by a manufacturer's two-year limited warranty. Receiver uses a rechargeable battery (included with charging cradle. Transmitter uses 9-volt battery (included). Both transmitter and receiver feature a battery life indicator to help you monitor battery strength. Combo comes with one collar. Additional collars must be purchased separately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DogHunter2011 Excellent Training Tool Follow the DVD's advice and find a strong training program and your hunting buddy will become very responsive and you will love how much more you can bring to the training experience using this tool. I use it on my Labrador and never have to turn it above 2, I usually leave it on 1. I would suggest this product to all hunters who don't expect their range to surpass a 1/2 mile. January 24, 2011

Yeah I agree they could do a lot better on what you actually get. You get the tramitter, Receiver, collar, short/long probes and charger for the receiver. The transmitter runs on a 9V battery. You have to purchase the other two collars. each collar runs about $125.
