TRI-TRONICS HAS THE BEST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED. IT HAS TRAINED 2 OF MY DOGS WHICH WERE OUT OF CONTROL I HAVE USED THE COLLARS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW . THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES YOU CAN ASK FOR. I WILL BUY THEIR PRODUCT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. THANKS TRI-TRONICS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT.
