Trolling Bracket Bracket is sturdy and works perfectly. The larger sized hp bracket installs easily. June 30, 2010
save for better I bought this about 2 years ago......it is used on a 9.9 kicker ....at first it worked fine then it started to spread and bend the mounting brackets now it takes 3 men and a boy to lift it......the problem with it is the motor is hanging on 2 - 1/4” x 1 1/2 “ bars mounted with a 1/4” between them when the motor shakes and bounces it has enough leverage to bend the mounts (it is just 1/4” angle aluminum) you would be better off to look for something with a wider mounting system..sticking the motor out there with only 3/4” in wide mounting bar just can't cut it February 1, 2010
Your motor will be on the bottom!!! Plastic broke and sent my 20hp to the bottom! DO NOT THINK OF BUYING THIS. THE MANUFACTURE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT!!!! October 7, 2010
bracket The bracket worked out really well. The bad thing was that the box was very torn up when it arrived. It as caved in on the sides and ends. Fortunately the product was not damaged. thank you September 5, 2011
