This seasoning is great on almost everything . I really like it on pan fried patoes.

Good Cayjon Seasoning!
I have used this product for several years while cooking. It has a great flavor and I use it instead of salt and pepper. It is great mixed with hamburger meat to create a cayjon burger on the grill. I would highly recommend this seasoning.

Longtime family friend
Been using Tony's for years in the kitchen Invaluable component in rubs, as well as a staple in our Louisiana menu of red beans, gumbo, jambalaya, (well you get the picture). My only issue with this spice mix is the quantity of salt. That may have been addressed in the new product I ordered this time (along with the original). It's the higher spice version. Haven't tried it yet though.
Of all the "cajun" seasonings out there, this and Zatarain's are my favorites, numbers one and two respectively.

Excellent Product Poor Shipping Package
The product was shipped fresh. It is an excellent seasoning option. I use it in about 60% of my dishes. Just remember to use it as a salt replacement; otherwise, your dishes will be too salty. The cardboard box in which it was shipped was oversized and not properly padded with old, crumpled newspapers (or similar) so it tore during shipment. Miraculously the cylinder was not damaged so I am happy (it is quite rigid). I would have given it five stars except for the shipping issue.
