This is a great tasting product and super easy to prepare, just add the contents of the box and the meat and/or seafood of your choice. Nothing else is needed. I used a half pound of shrimp and a half pound of cut up breakfast sausage. I would put the out-of-the-box seasoning level at mild to medium, just the way I like it. Naturally, if you like it really hot, feel free to crank up the intensity. One box and a pound of meat serves about four people with a good modest meal.
