I think you it would cheaper and better to just buy a cooler and aerator. This unit seems cheaply made and will not secure into the boat very good. It is big and cumbersome takes up to much room and you cannot sit or stand on it so it's just wasted space in your boat. I wish I had never bought it.

In a small boat space is valuable and a livewell takes up too much of it. I built the Toho Rig live well into my aluminum Gregor. I had to move one of the center seat bulkheads forward to match the livewell's 16" width and I had to make three 1/8" plywood reinforcement boards for the well's blow molded poly lids so that I can stand and sit on them. Styrofoam sheet Insulation was added below and beside the well and stainless fender washers and machine screws hold it to the vertical seat bulkhead/panels. A long piece of hose/wire attached to the pump allows me to both fill and empty the 14 gallon well.
The only design change I would make would be to make the interior corners round instead of square. Bait gets stuck in the corners.

I have only used this livewell once since I've had it.
I am rebuilding another boat and Im installing it in the newly rebuilt boat.
