Rated 4 out of 5 by Good product I own the 2" and 3". 2" would not fit on a Carolina j-16, also stripped the t handle tightening it down had to use channel locks to loosen it. The 3" worked great!! April 25, 2012

Yes but it has a screw in lock and you must tighten it in place. Willn't free spin.

NO. Stick with all Tite-Loc products. You cant mix the two together. My Tite-Lok rod holders are the cake for crappie fishing.

Heavy duty plastic. They seem to be pretty durable. I have trolled with mine with no problems.

With the items that bass pro offers, any tite-lok base and holder will fit each other. Yes, that will work. Tite-lok is a good brand and will last.
