Tink's Smokin' Sticks - Rut or All Season
I don't understand the bad reviews. I hunt in north Georgia and decided to try these last season. I did not have the "chimney" accessory, but did not need it. I set two Rut sticks out in front of my pop-up blind about 50 yards out. First day, I filled my antlered card of two bucks. First was 6 point 3 year old that went straight for the smoke and stood licking at the smoke as is rose up. Second one came in an hour later, 8 points.
Give them a try without the chimney, they work!!!!

Smellin' Sticks Work!
I tell you what, the last 3 hunting seasons the sticks have brought bucks in........I usually burn the Rut sticks about 2 weeks before Prime Rut activity occurs. I want the scent to stick to the Limbs, ground, and any leaves around my stand site......I won't hunt that area until opening day Gun Season. Every opening day, I see Bucks traveling through my area.....This is a technique to use with them.....I usually don't burn them during the Rut, I use other Tinks69 products....The smoke travels far, and they do burn for 2 hours like they say........ I had Bucks the last two years come in and Blow at the sticks, trying to put them out, I don't know, or irritated that there wasn't truly a Hot-Doe around..... But in each instance the Shot was there, but I was a nice Hunter and let em pass........ These Work......Totally

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...
I have used the sticks (both All season and Rut) over a couple of years. Most times I would have a deer walk up to the scent tower which I made out of a mailing tube from the post office. The day when the deer is not moving at all, I would hear deer almost at times when the legal time is about to be over. Smoke stacks always are better because they keep the scent for longer time. This year I am going to try in the bow season... and I am going hunting tomorrow!!!!

Smokin Rut Sticks
I hunt from ground blinds and treestands. I have used the rut sticks only. I have no idea whats in them , but I do know I will never hunt without them. These sticks not only cover your scent , they stink up the area immediately around your set up. I will set two or three in a semi circle approx. 30 yds apart . I always light em up and bring a can of Doe P in the blind or stand. Once you get that area stunk up , don't think you wasted your money if you don't see bucks . Hunt the same set up the next day or two and repeat the process. I get bucks come in by two's and three's and they will mill about constantly sniffing the air. These thing work great .
