I hunt from ground blinds and treestands. I have used the rut sticks only. I have no idea whats in them , but I do know I will never hunt without them. These sticks not only cover your scent , they stink up the area immediately around your set up. I will set two or three in a semi circle approx. 30 yds apart . I always light em up and bring a can of Doe P in the blind or stand. Once you get that area stunk up , don't think you wasted your money if you don't see bucks . Hunt the same set up the next day or two and repeat the process. I get bucks come in by two's and three's and they will mill about constantly sniffing the air. These thing work great .

This product was really good during my bow season after working all day I put both product out and I attracted one deer a big spike game didn't even know I was there and I was in the wrong wind.
During shotgun I used this the third day I had does and fawns all over me and on my trail camera I had 20 pic of different bucks and on day my buddie had a smoke the wind was wrong and i light both of them almost had a giant I only had a crossbow ( old wildcat ) almost had him but his cigarette is a lot stronger scent. I had deer all over me the rest of the weekThe end of muzzleloader I had a deer come from behind me but didn't have a look at him. Great product they should made a apple scent or some kind of food scent. They should have added there smoke stake thing with this product. It would save a lot of that stick stuff and protects it.

I wouldn't think this would work, but i watched it first hand. The buck came right up to it and stood over the smoke wondering what was going on. It really did bring him in.

I've used this scent for 3 years now and have never had a buck shy away from the smell. I have had does react negatively to the Rut Smokin Sticks but never a buck, even a yearly buck.
