The Tikka® T3 Lite .243 WIN Rifle offers all the features and benefits of the popular Whitetail series, plus a sleek look. At the heart of this bolt action is the coldhammer forged blued barrel, sturdily anchored to a silky smooth action. The all-black synthetic stock is made with TrueBody fiber glass reinforced polymer. T3 Lite also features 3 + 1 capacity front flush release, Single Stage pull with aluminum alloy trigger, two-stage thumb safety, sling swivel studs, and a tapped receiver for Weaver-type scope mount bases.

I purchased the .308 Win version of this rifle and couldn't be happier. This was my first new rifle purchase. I have been hunting with and old 30-30 handed down from my grandfather since I began hunting (it was time to retire that rifle). I looked at every brand out there for months, but decided on the Tikka. This thing is awesome! Light, deadly accurate, and the smoothest bolt action I had felt! This rifle compares to $1000 plus rifles easily! I have added a couple of aftermarket parts: a CNC machined aluminium oversized bolt handle with an oversized bolt knob and CNC machined aluminium bolt shroud. Now I'm thinking about getting another Tikka in a different caliber. Can't beat it for the price!
