The Bucktail Viper Spoons from Thundermist Lures are the ultimate fish-catching machines in any water, for any gamefish species and at any speed! Stamped from premium brass with hex patterns and plated with gold or silver for added flash, the Bucktail Viper Spoons are trailed by red facetted beads, bucktail, and three Mustad® Ultra Point™ hooks linked together by ring joint and a single strand titanium line. When the Bucktail Viper Spoons are combined with live, cut, or soft plastic baits trailing, the jointed ring allows the rig produce two distinct actions at the same time. The flash and flutter of the Bucktail Spoon followed by the action of the trailing bait combines to trigger strikes from fish without hesitation.

This spoon works great because you add artificial or real bait to the 3 hooks. First drop down from boat 18" flounder with whole squid, flat lining with mackeral strips blues attacked so hard that they broke 2 hooks off.

I fished these lures all summer after buying about 6 of them in the spring (maybe in March, I think?). I love them!
This was a record summer for me!
I trolled them as well as drifted them, mainly with a strip of squid. I had one break on me, but that was after I used it all summer long!

I bought 25 of these lures and they are cheap, The hooks break of of them when you get a fish on !
The wire that holds the hooks and the bucktail and beads breaks. Dont spend 15.00 on this lure , Buy salmon spoons they are 3.00 each and do the same thing and are better quality, If you want the beads and bucktail buy them separate and put them on for .50 cents !!!
This lure is way overrated !!!
