I've used these bullets in several different rifles over the years. They have always performed beautifully in every gun.
Easy to load, even after 2 or 3 shots.
It's becoming hard to find these bullets in the 275 grain weight. You guys seem to be the only ones that continue to carry them. Hope that you will for a long time.
Good hunting.

I have shot a variety of bullets out of my Inline muzzle loader and this by far is the easiest to load and shoots very clean. Also Far more accurate than all the newer copper bullets.

I would be using these in a TC omega.Answers

No, a patch is not needed.A:Â
No sir. These do not need to be patched. Most projectiles do not need to be patched. That is strictly for lubrication and an air-tight seal. Powerbelts are lubricated by their plastic skirt. The skirt also creates the pocket for the ingnited gasses.Details:Â
Would these work well with a Kentucky long rifle instead of the patch and ball?Answers
A:Â
yes. just about any elongated bullet will work better than a patch and ball. i shoot a 50 cal thompson center encore. i have shot many types of bullets. now i shoot the cva slickload bullets. they work great for me. good luck. shermanA:Â
It would depend on the twist of your rifling. The Maxi's need a faster twist to stabilize. If your twist is in the 1:66 range, it probably wouldn't work. If your rifle has 1:28, 1:32 or something like that, it should work. The only way to tell is to shoot some and see how they pattern.1 of 1
