Thomas Spinning Lures Buoyant Spoons
When a moderately slow retrieve is employed, the Buoyant Spoon produces an erratic, wobbling action that imitates the darting motion of a frantic baitfish. This tremendous, fish-attracting action combined with the Buoyant’s beautiful finish creates a spoon that entices even the wariest of trout, salmon, walleye, pike or bass into striking. Made in USA.

I've used the gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, and silver blue. These have been my best producers. I have also used the brown and rainbow trout colors. I am fishing the 1/4 oz. size in ponds that range from 50 to 80 feet deep overall. But i'm working them casting in 15 to 20 feet of water from shore or trolling them in 8 to 15 feet of water in early spring. I hope this info helps you. good luckAnswers

I always use a snap swivel to prevent line twist, and if one color is not doing it that day it's easy to change to a different color.A:Â
You CAN tie it dirrectly to the line, but I use a snap swivel. It makes it easier to change lures and it also keeps your line from getting twisted.A:Â
i use swivels on most lures, better actionA:Â
I personally use a swivel and i find the action of the lures is better when you use a swivel.A:Â
directly to the line works bestA:Â
Direct to the lureA:Â
Mustad swivel about 18" above lure, otherwise you will twist your line in no time.A:Â
i use a swivel and it works great, especially for fast changes.Answers
