bobbin bobbers used the new thill bobbers and they work excellent first time out got my limit of sunny's as well as 1/2 limit of crappies the bobbers never tangled or came off as did the yellow styrofoam ,very light weight but very bouyant very good product !! May 1, 2012
the best The bobbers are the best I have tried. And I have purchased many brands. April 18, 2012
Best Floats In The World! Thill floats and sliders are as good as it gets- period! They last forever and are easy to see. check size for line weight/sinker weight. May 12, 2011
Great for finicky fish in lakes These are good slip bobbers. They cast nicely, line slides freely, and they are extremely visible in the water. I believe that the stick shape leads to low resistance when a fish pulls them underwater, and it also seems to prevent waves from pulling the bobber up and down too much. I use the 3-7/8" size. With 1/4 ounce of weight, a #7 swivel, and a 3" minnow on the line underneath, the orange tip and a tiny bit of the chartreuse are all that poke above the water. I'd recommend using a little less weight that Thill lists or getting the next larger bobber if you're going to be in a situation where maximum visibility is desired. October 6, 2010
