Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite Lightweight Mattress
Very happy, but an extra size option would be nice
I'm happy with my purchase - very light, packs small, seems comfortable. However, I would really like it if they did a wider but shorter version.
I'm 5'11 and I don't think I really need the full length of the regular. I would be happy if they shaved 12" from the length (to make it around 60" long) and made it around 8-10" wider (tapered so that the bit around your shoulders is widest).
The regular, to me, feels very narrow - and for ultralight camping I can always use some spare clothes or a bag to get my feet off the cold ground.

Excellent Backpacking Pad
I bought two of these pads for Christmas this year (2014). I own the original NeoAir and my son took it with him on his backpacking trip to Philmont. I have used the original on countless boy scout campouts. Excellent Pad, Provides great comfort.

Light, small and comfortable
I purchased the regular size. I'm 5'10", 165lbs with a small to medium size in shirts / outerwear. The width of the regular at 20" at it's widest point is fine for me. It doesn't give a lot of room to move around on but is stable from edge to edge. I prefer mine blown up about 3/4 of the way. Just enough so that I don't feel the ground under for comfort. To get the most out of the insulation you need to blow it up all the way most likely. If you have a tendency to move around a lot or aren't using a mummy bag I might suggest the large version. I also like the NeoAir seat as a pillow to go with this. The texture of both items keeps the seat in place and the seat has dual purposes then. When I first was looking to buy one I read a lot about the noise it makes when moving around on it, sure it does make some but really not an issue especially when you consider the packed size/weight vs the R-value rating. This is an awesome product and has helped me get a 22lbs 56L pack with food for 4-5 days and not sacrificing too many comforts for going light.

neoair = great sleep
I love my neo air! If you are looking for a strong, light, comfortable sleeping pad then stop looking else where because you found it all in the neoair. Im going on two years and never had a puncture or slow leak like other companies. My only complaint is that i can be a little noisy when tossing and turning. Honestly though, after a long tuff day of hiking im fast asleep before that even bothers me.
