Lightweight performance hunting boot for cold hunting conditions
Love these boots!
This is my second pair of Muck Boots(my son took over my 1st pair, lol) & would recommend them to any body.I like the snug fit & they are the best all round boots i've ever purchased when it comes to comfort!I wear them outside the house doing chores & white-tail deer hunting in the cold winter months in KY.!Yes,they are kind of expensive, but these boots are durable & will last you!

I like to tromp with comfort. This is the boot I was looking for. I have read other reviews were people who purchased this boot feet weren't warm enough through frigid cold temps, well, for me the worked out great (sub 20 degree weather for hours). they are very easy to put on and take off yet fit just right. Although I havent had them very long, if the boots last years to come, then I will be a happy camper. Thank you Bass Pro.

Words Cant Describe How Great They Are!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased these boots a couple of years ago. I had read the reviews and i found it hard to believe, until i bought my own pair. These boots are amazing they are extremely comfortable. They also are very warm i sometimes have to change socks because my feet are so warm. I would not suggest another boot on the market. Also, this boot is not only great for hunting, but when i feed the cows or i am pushing snow they are just as great.

Best boot out there
I bought a pair of these boots ten years ago, and bought a pair for my brother a year later. I only use them for Whitetail Hunting in Upstate NY. They are by far the warmest boot I have ever worn, and they still look and feel brand new ten years later. The high rise makes it easy to walk through water that's almost knee deep, and the warmth and comfort of this boot is second to none. I wear just a normal pair of socks unless it's below zero, and I sit in my favorite tree stand which is located in the bottom of a hollow that is probably the coldest place I have ever hunted and my feet have never been cold. I also wear them during bow season when it's fairly warm and my feet have never sweat in them either. I'll never use another boot to hunt!

Can't anwser on the insulaton per se except that I wear mine with heavy socks to sit on stand for hours down to +30 degrees and am comfortable. Below that temperature, I move on to snow pacs. I am on my 3rd pair and love them!
It's not listed as a Thinsulate product in terms of grams of insulation, but I can tell you that I've owned mine for ten years, I only wear them to hunt, and they still look brand new. I have never, NEVER had cold feet in the woods while wearing these boots. Best boot made, and only boot I'll ever own.
