I have diabetes and must use an insert. Do you feel the inseam of the boot would be high enough to handle it?

Most regular shoes are not high enough in the inseam for the insert.

I couldn't see why not. The toe caps are very tall and seem to be able to accomodate for inserts. The only dilemma could be when removing or inserting your foot. I could see the potential for binding where the boot rests on the base of your leg/top of your foot.
